Ingredients

  • Cake
  • Margarine: 100 g
  • Eggs: 5
  • Sugar-1 cup of tea
  • Flour: 1 and 1/2 cup of tea
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Aroma: 1 coffee spoon
  • Syrup
  • Evaporated milk: 1 cup of tea
  • Fat milk: 1 cup of tea
  • Condensed milk: 1 cup of tea

Directions

Cake:

Beat margarine with sugar until you get a fluffy cream and white, add the eggs and vanilla, beat well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the prepared eggs, involved.

Lie down in a pyrex dish (you can use a “normal” rectangular, oven) greased with margarine and put in the oven pre-heated to 180 for about 30 minutes. Leave it to cool.

Syrup:

Mix well the three milks.

Poke around the cake (with a chopstick chinese - this is an excellent tip - and not afraid to stick very well the cake) and pour the mixture of milk all over the cake. Cover with cling film and lead to the fridge, until everything is well absorbed.

Coverage:

Beat the cream that must be cold up to be consistent, add the sugar and beat some more. Distribute on top of the cake and decorate to taste. Good appetite!
