Cake cream cheese with honey and nuts

  • Cottage cheese: 200 g
  • Sugar: 150 g
  • Honey: 60 g
  • Cowboy net: 160 g
  • Large eggs: 4
  • Breadcrumbs: 100 g
  • Sesame seeds: 2 Tablespoons
  • Flour: 150 g
  • Flour Maize (corn starch): 50 g
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Walnut kernels: 80 g
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Brush a round shape (preferably 24 cm in diameter) with a little bit of Cowboy net, line the bottom with a slice of tissue paper, and replace the brush with Cowboy net.

Put the cheese in a bowl, and add the sugar and honey and undo it with a wire whisk.

Add the Cowboy net and the eggs and stir with a wire whisk until it is well mixed. Add the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, flour, Cornstarch, baking soda and baking powder and stir again.

Chop coarsely the nuts and join the mass, get involved and put the dough in the form.

Bake in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes.

Unmold the cake over a network, let it cool and sprinkle sugar powder.
