Cake cream and orange

  • Sugar: 1 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs: 4
  • Juice and grated rind of an orange: 1
  • Packages of cream: 2 (400 ml)
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Flour: 3 Cups
  • Coco: 2 Tablespoons


Mix the whole eggs with the sugar. Add the juice and grated rind of an orange.

Add the cream, yeast, flour and coconut.

Grease a way for cakes with margarine, and it pouring the preparation.

Take the oven medium (190ºC) until cooked (about 40/50 minutes).
