Cake cream and bananas

  • grated rind of lemon: 2 teaspoons
  • flour: 2 cups
  • eggs: 2
  • sweetener net: 4 tablespoons
  • Cream: 250 g
  • crushed banana: 1 cup
  • baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • sodium bicarbonate: 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


In a bowl mix the cream, sweetener, eggs and grated lemon rind. Joins, also, the banana. Adds-if, then, flour, sifted, baking soda and moves to form a homogeneous mass. The mixture will to a shape, lined with paper greased. It takes the oven at 180 for 45 minutes. It is cool for 10 minutes and desenforma. Sprinkles with powdered sugar when the cake cool.
