Cake chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • Chocolate cooking: 250 g
  • Sugar: 200 g
  • eggs: 8
  • flour: 4 teaspoons
  • Manteia: 200 g

Directions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and white. Add the softened butter and melted chocolate in a bain-marie. Hit very well. Beat the egg whites and add to the chocolate cream, involving well without crashing.

Divide the dough into two parts. Take one to the refrigerator. The other part of the mass join the flour, wrap well and take it to bake on a greased baking sheet of butter and sprinkled with flour for about 30 minutes. You may want to check for the cake not be cooked.

When the cake is cooked, remove it, unmold and let it cool. When cold, cover it with the chocolate mousse.
