Cake biscuit with cream coffee

  • Wafer brown: 300 g
  • Coffee with milk: 2.5 dl
  • Powdered sugar: 150 g
  • Butter: 250 g
  • Instant coffee: 1 coffee spoon
  • Eggs: 2


Knead the butter with the sugar powder. Join one egg at a time, beating always with the mixer. Mix the instant coffee and stir very well. In a bowl, pour the coffee with milk with a little sugar. Pass the biscuits one by one in the cafe, very quickly not to be too soft, and arrange them in layers on a serving dish. Pass the first layer with the cream of coffee, cover with another layer biscuit soaked in coffee with milk, and so on until you have finished the crackers. You can decorate with wafer shattered or chocolate sprinkles.
