  • Whole egg: 6
  • Sugar: 240 gr
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Chocolate boy: 60 gr
  • Wheat flour: 180 gr

Bread-Cake: Beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes at maximum speed. Meanwhile, heat low ½ cup of tea warm water, the oil and the chocolate powder. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and add the eggs, alternating with wheat flour. Finally, stir in the yeast powder. Pour the dough into the baking dish round (27 cm diameter), greased and floured and light to bake in a medium oven (180), preheated, for about 35 minutes.
