Ingredients

  • Nuts: 500 g
  • Fennel: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 coffee Spoon
  • Sugar: 250 g
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Yeast: 2 Teaspoon
  • Eggs: 5

Directions

Cook the chestnuts with the sweet herb and salt. Peel and cut the potatoes. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks and butter, add the mashed nuts and the yeast and, finally, the egg whites. Bake in the oven to 200 deg c, previously heated, in buttered pan with margarine and powdered with flour.
