Cake and chocolate pumpkin

  • Pumpkin: 500 g
  • Black Chocolate (lactose-free): 100 g
  • Olive oil: 180 ml
  • Eggs: 4
  • Brown sugar: 210 g
  • Whole wheat flour: 350 g
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 pinch


Baked pumpkin and reduce it to puree.

In the mortar, from the chocolate into pieces.

Beat the eggs with the olive oil. When it reaches the consistency of cream, add the sugar.

Then, add the pureed pumpkin and mix thoroughly.

At the end, add slowly the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

With a wooden spoon, involve gently chocolate.

Put in the oven on a greased baking sheet with olive oil, during the 55-minute 190ºC.
