Banana Muffins and hazelnuts

  • Ripe Bananas: 4
  • Sugar: 150 g
  • Wheat flour: 210 g
  • Unsalted butter, melted and cold: 75 g
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 Teaspoon
  • Hazelnuts: A small handful


Pre-heat the oven to 190ºC and prepare muffin tins with paper liners.

Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl and mix well. Book.

Chop the nuts for your dates and book 1 tablespoon) to sprinkle the muffins.

Put the bananas in a large mixing bowl and knead well. Add the sugar and the butter. Mix.

Add the dry ingredients to the mix, and add the nuts - mix quickly. It is not necessary to move much.

Fill each small pan until ¾ of its capacity and sprinkle nuts.

Bake about 20 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
