Banana cake

  • Sugar: 200 gr
  • Margarine: 200 gr
  • Egg: 4
  • Milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour: 160 gr
  • Yeast: 2 teaspoons
  • Big Banana: 6
  • Sugar: 125 gr(for the caramel)


Prepare the caramel with 125 g of sugar and fill the whole inside of the shape. This caramel should get into, but not dark. Mix the flour with the baking powder, and peneirá them together. Knead 200 g of margarine with 200 gr sugar, and then beat until you get a cream. Add the eggs and then beat well. Add the milk and beat some more. Finally, attach the mixed flour with the yeast gradually, and stir for everything to stay well-connected. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin rings and then work with them on the inside of the shape, over the caramel*. Pour the prepared and smooth it out. Take the bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes. Removing and desenformar while it is still warm.
