  • Egg: 3
  • Milk: 160 ml
  • Butter: 75 gr
  • Flour: 380 gr
  • Yeast: 8 gr
  • On top of the mass
  • Banana: 6
  • Cinnamon: taste.
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


Mix all ingredients in the blender. Pour the dough into a way for cakes. Cover the dough with bananas, cut in half and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven to 230 ° c for 45 min. Let cool before serving.
