  • Ripe Bananas: 3
  • Cinnamon: taste.
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Sugar-1 Cup (200 g)
  • Eggs: 3
  • Flour: 2 Cups (350 g)
  • Bran: 50 g
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk: 3 Tablespoons
  • Powdered sugar:


Mash the bananas and join them cinnamon to taste. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave, or in a water bath, and throw them in the bowl of electric mixer. Add the sugar, eggs and mashed banana. Knock at the lower rate, to connect to. Add the flour and the yeast and sifted. Join the bran use. Dissolve baking soda in the milk and add it. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes.

Pour the dough into a shape without the hole, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 to the cake to be cooked. Unmold and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
