Banana cake

  • Bananas migadas with the fork: 3
  • Sugar-1 Cup of tea
  • Margarine: 4 Tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2
  • Wheat flour: 1 Cup of tea
  • Cinnamon: 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts: 1 Cup of tea
  • Lemon (juice): 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 Pinch
  • Fennel: 1 Pinch


Mix the sugar with the margarine and eggs and beat until a dough is very creamy. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the nuts, bananas migadas and the lemon juice and beat some more. Season with salt, pepper and fennel. Put in the form of cake English, greased and sprinkled.

Bake in a medium oven (180) by approximately 50 minutes. Desenformar still hot.
