  • Eggs: 6
  • Bananas: 5
  • Butter: 250 g
  • Sugar: 250 g
  • Flour: 250 g
  • Milk: 2 Tablespoons
  • Yeast: 2 Teaspoons


Lightly grease the form and sprinkle with sugar.

Slice the bananas into thin rings and line the way.

Mix the sugar with the butter until creamy. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating always. Add the milk and stir a little more.

Stir gradually the flour and the yeast in the dough earlier.

Beat the egg whites and fold in.

Pour over the bananas and take the form in the oven at 180 for about 40 minutes.
