  • Sugar: 10 tablespoons
  • Flour: 12 tablespoons
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Apple: 4


Mix with the fingers butter already softened, sugar and flour. You should get a mass sandy and uniform.

Peel the apple (golden or gala), which after being cut into small data, it is placed at the bottom of a low form.

Place the dough in the form, over the apple, no tread on them. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 c.
