Apple cake

Ingredients

  • Apples: 6
  • Cinnamon: 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar: 5 Tablespoons
  • Sifted flour: 2 3/4 Cups
  • Baking powder: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil: 1 Cup
  • Sugar: 2 Cups
  • Orange juice: 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla: 2 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4

Directions

Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Peel the apples, cut into pieces and mix 5 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix the oil with the sugar, vanilla and orange juice. Add this liquid mixture to the flour mixture and add the eggs one at a time. Butter and sprinkle a form of large hole, throw in a part of the mass, a part of apples on top, pour the remaining dough and the remaining apples on top. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
