Apple cake

  • Apples: 4
  • Eggs: 4
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Brown sugar: 250 g
  • Flour unleavened: 250 g
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon: a Few drops
  • Jam apple: The taste


Beat the butter (room temperature) with the sugar until the dough is white and soft. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, and go stirring well. In a container to the party beat the egg whites with a few drops of lemon and add to the prepared earlier, alternating with the flour and the yeast and sifted. After all well-mixed, untar it with a little bit of margarine a round shape for cakes and pour half of dough. In the middle put the apples cut into thin rings (leave one to the top of the cake). Pour the remaining dough and the slices of apple over. Put in the oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until well cooked.

Remove from the oven and brush with the jam of apples on top of the cake.
