Apple cake

  • Apples: 4
  • Water: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: taste.
  • Flour: 250 g
  • Yeast: 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger ground: 1/2 cup of tea
  • Nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Sugar: 175 g
  • Eggs: 3


Cut the apples into slices.

Put half in a pan with 4 tablespoons of water.

Put the slices in a bowl with cold water and a few drops of lemon juice.

Boil for a few minutes until a cream.

Join in the cup dry ingredients.

Add the butter, 150 grams of sugar and beat well.

Add the eggs one by one and go beating the mixture until a cream.

Sift the dry ingredients.

Involved as well in the mix.

Join the apple cooked.

Grease a form with butter and flour.

Drain the water from the apples.

Put the prepared in a way.

Put the slices of apple.

Sprinkle the rest of the sugar with the cinnamon.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C.
