Caipirinha raspberry and lime

  • Raspberries: 150 g
  • Mint leaves: 30
  • Files (each, cut in 4 pieces): 2
  • Grated ginger: 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • Ice (chopped): 2 Cup
  • Rum: 120 ml


1. Place the raspberries, mint, lime, ginger and sugar in a mortar and crash.

2. Pass to a shaker (with the care of passing the mixture of raspberries) and add the ice and rum. Mix well.

3. Divide by two glasses and serve immediately with straws.
