  • Rum: 50 ml
  • Espresso: 30 ml
  • Lima small: 1
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon full
  • Crushed ice: 4 to 5 stones
  • Ground coffee: q.b. to decorate


Cut the file in half. Book a twist to the decor and cut the rest in the rooms. Dispose of the pieces of lima in a mortar, along with the sugar. Mash. Put the mixture in the shaker, add the crushed ice, rum and coffee. Shake well. Lay the ground coffee in a paper towel. Moisten the edge of the cup and to smoothly pass in the ground coffee. Place the caipirinha in the cup and finish the decoration with the slice of lima.
