Pumpkin bread

  • Flour: 3/4 cup
  • Spelt flour in full: 3/4 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 scoop
  • Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Mashed pumpkin: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 2
  • Water: 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds: taste.


Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, fermente and cinnamon.

In another container, mix the pumpkin, oil, and water.

Add to the mix the previous and get involved in everything.

Place the dough in the form of bread and cover with pumpkin seeds.

Bake in a pre-heated oven about one hour.
