Ingredients

  • Dry yeast: 1 sachet
  • Water: 2 dl
  • Salt: 1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Pumpkin: 200 g
  • Flour type 65: 400 g
  • Rye flour: 100 g
  • Butter: the taste.

Directions

Mix the yeast with the sugar and salt and dissolve it in lukewarm water. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and blend in a food processor. Pour the flour in a bowl, mix it with the pumpkin and open a hole in the center.
