Potato bread

  • Baked potato crushed: 250 g
  • Flour: 600 g
  • Salt: 1 Tablespoon
  • Yeast: 10 g
  • Hot water: 6 dl


Put the mashed potatoes, flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl and make a hole in the center.

Pour the hot water a little at a time and beat with the slugger. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Make a great ball and place on a baking tray greased. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest in a warm place and dry, until doubled in size.

Beat again the mass for 2 or 3 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form 4 balls, place them on an oven tray and smooth surface.

Cover again the balls with cling film and leave the rest until double in size.

Pre-heat the oven to 200 c. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Let it cool before eating.
