Milk bread with candied fruits

  • Milk: 315 ml
  • Butter: 70 g
  • Salt: 2 coffee Spoons
  • Sugar 3 Tablespoons
  • White flour: 555 g
  • Baker's yeast: 2 coffee Spoons
  • Raisins: 70 g
  • Crystallized fruits: 70 g


For 1 kg of bread:

1. Pour the milk in the bowl of the machine to make bread and add the butter to pieces, salt and sugar. Add then the white flour and yeast. Place the bowl on the machine, close it and set menu (1).

2. When the machine beeps, add the raisins and the fruits crystallized cut to pieces. Close to the new machine and finish the cooking of the bread by following the manufacturer's instructions.
