  • Rye bread: 1
  • Mushroom: 50 gr
  • Shaggy: to taste
  • Tomato: taste.
  • Tomato sauce: to taste.
  • Small onion: 1
  • Olive green and black: taste.
  • Butter: the taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Cut a slice of bread in the sense of the length and remove the part of the kernels, forming a cavity. Clean the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into slices. Melt a little butter or margarine. Then saute the onion previously grated. Add the sliced mushrooms, sauce and a little chopped tomato. Let cook and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the container and keep in moderate heat until the mushrooms to cook. Add, then, slices of sausage and a few olives, green and black. Stir the container and let it heat up as well, by removing it from the heat. Pour this prepared in the cavity of the bread, and serve immediately.
