  • Tapioca flour: 1 kg
  • Milk: 4 cups
  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg: 5
  • Parmesan cheese: 500 gr


In a container, heat the milk and oil, and sprinkle the flour. Let it cool. Add the other ingredients, oil, salt, eggs and grated cheese. Knead the dough very well. Make balls of dough, having as a teaspoon, and lay them in a way not greased. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees C, until the bread is golden.
