  • Water: 300 g
  • Baker's yeast cool: 25 g
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Flour type 65: 350 g
  • Rye flour: 150 g
  • Sausage meat, cut into slices: 1


Place in a glass of water, yeast, salt, and program 1,30 min/37oc/level 2. Stir in the flour and knead 2 min/transmission in the ear. Remove and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Cut the dough into 10 equal parts, or just make a loaf of bread. On a floured surface extend a little dough, spread the chorizo and close. Place on a baking tray sprinkled, cut on the diagonal and let fold volume in a place warm. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 20-30 minutes. Time: 3,30 min
