Ingredients

  • Warm milk: 300 ml
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Sugar: 50 g
  • Flour: 500 g
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baker's yeast: 12 g

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the machine, bread-making, in the order indicated.

Select the program Sweet Bread (or loaf of Bread Basic if you do not have this program), weight 750g and medium color.

When the bread is ready, remove it and place it on a grid to cool, not to be with moisture in the interior.
