Bread, crunchy with pistachios

  • Egg: 3
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachio: quarter cup
  • Natural yoghurt: 2 tablespoons
  • Flour: a quarter cup
  • Black pepper: taste.


Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Involving the cumin, chopped pistachios, yogurt, flour and ground pepper at the moment, in the clear. Place in a way with 15cmx9cm, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160ºC for 45 minutes to 1 hour. To serve, cut into slices of 0.5 cm. Bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce or folders.
