  • Pastry: 1 Packaging
  • Nutella: 4 Tbsp
  • Chocolate (cut into pieces): 100 g
  • Orange (scrape): 1
  • Almonds mixed with sugar (see above) optional: 100 g
  • Egg (beaten): 1
  • Almonds laminated (for dust): taste.


1. Preheat the oven to 180º.

2. Stretch puff pastry and cut into 8 quadrados.Barre each square with ½ tablespoon of Nutella. Divide the mixture of almonds on top of each, followed by chocolate and zest of an orange. Roll each piece of puff pastry, so as to form a straw-stuffed. Brush with the egg and sprinkle with the almonds laminadas.Coloque on an oven tray lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and cook for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
