Ingredients

  • Egg: 2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Sugar 250 gr
  • Míolo almond: 250 gr
  • Margarine: taste.
  • Parchment paper: to taste.

Directions

Cut almonds in into very thin strips in the sense of the length (or already cut)for your dates and book. Beat the egg whites with the sugar type merengue, and then join the kernels of almonds, lightly (may be other dried fruit). Very quick and tasty!
