  • Flour: 500 g
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons (soup)
  • Baking powder: 1 scoop (tea)
  • Water: ½ cup (tea)
  • Milk: ½ cup (tea)
  • Eggs: 1
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Oil, for frying: taste.


Put in the mixer wheat flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix very well, forming a mass. Will be part of the mix-the water, milk and egg. Joins these ingredients to the batter and beat well.

Then, add the butter, and you'll beat well and is approximately 8 minutes. Having said that, let the dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Past this time tends to mass on a clean surface, to the preparation stay with 0.5 cm in height. With the edge of a glass wide-cut circles (about 7 cm) and, then, in each of these a new circle smaller (1,5-2 cm). It is in this way, a ring.

Leave the dough to rise more than 30 minutes, and, finally, will the fry. At the end you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
