  • Flour: 150 gr
  • Sugar: 80 gr
  • Egg: 2
  • Flour with leaven: 175 gr
  • Walnut kernels: 200 gr
  • Lard: taste.


Beat well the butter with the sugar. Add the yolk and the whole egg, and then the flour. Loved everything. Mold small balls rolling pieces of mass between the hands.

Pass-by the light, and then by the chopped nuts. Place the dumplings, spaced, on a board of sheet barred with lard. Bake in pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes.
