  • Sugar: 500 gr
  • Flour: 1 kg
  • Bicarbonate: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 dl
  • Egg: 2 and 5
  • Milk: 2 dl
  • Cinnamon: taste.


Lies all in a alguidar and knead until connect. Form dumplings, dipping their fingers in olive oil. Douram with egg yolks and flour with sugar. Go to the oven to bake in trays anointed with oil.
