Dumplings lard (Cascais)

  • Lard: 250 gr
  • Sugar 250 gr
  • Flour: 500 gr
  • Egg: 4
  • Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon


Mix the sugar with the lard and cinnamon. Together the eggs, and finally the flour, involving well. Make a balls, going to the oven to bake in trays sprinkled with flour.
