Dumplings cinnamon

  • Flour: 500 g
  • Sugar: 125 g
  • Margarine: 100 g
  • Lard: 200 g
  • Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon


Melt the margarine and shortening, add the sugar and cinnamon and finally the flour. Knead-and a little balls that go in the oven on the board sprinkled with flour. To remove it from the oven involves the dumplings in the sugar and cinnamon.
