  • Sugar: 125 g
  • Butter: 65 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Gem: 1
  • Wheat flour: 250 g
  • Flour, Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon
  • Milk: 4 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Aroma: 1 tea spoon


Knead very well the sugar with the butter at room temperature. Add the vanilla aroma.

Add the eggs and yolks, stirring all very well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

Sift the flour and Cornstarch and incorporate in the mass.

Add the milk to the ambient temperature.

Wrap the dough in plastic transparent and lead to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread the mixture on a floured surface and cut in the shape of flowers.

Place in an oven tray and let bake at 200 C for 10 to 15 minutes.
