  • Butter: 150 g
  • Brown sugar: 110 g
  • Brown sugar: 110 g
  • Egg: 1
  • Peanut butter: 110 g
  • Vanilla essence: 1 Teaspoon
  • Flour unleavened: 200 g
  • Yeast: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Egg whites: 2


Pre-heat the oven to 180.

Beat the butter with the sugar until the dough is smooth and white.

Beat the whole egg, then mix in peanut butter and vanilla essence.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Bring it all together, stirring until smooth.

With the hands, make small balls of dough.

Lightly tap the eggs with a fork. Roll the balls by clear and arrange them in an oven tray, on a sheet of parchment paper. Espalme the marbles to be made biscuits.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let cool before serving.
