  • Powdered sugar: 250 g
  • Butter: 250 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Flour: 500 g
  • Royal Icing or glace real
  • Powdered sugar: 450 g
  • Meringue powder: 3 tablespoons
  • Water: 6 tablespoons
  • Glue food
  • CMV: 1 pinch
  • Water: to taste.


Mix the sugar with the butter.

Add the eggs one by one, and finally the flour.

After all is involved as well let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, so that the dough is firm.

Should stretch on a floured surface and cut the biscuits with the cutters desired, with a thickness of 2/3mm.

Royal Icing or glace real

In the bowl of your electric mixer put the sugar and the meringue powder, and beat at low speed for 30 seconds.

Add the water and leave to hit for 7 to 10 minutes.

The royal icing gets so the firm consistency.

Glue food

Leave the cmc moisturize and use.
