  • Tapioca flour: 4 cups
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Oil: 1 cup filled with evil
  • Salt: taste.
  • Egg: 5
  • Grated cheese miner: 200/300 gr


Place the milk, water and oil together with the salt to a boil. Spill after about the flour, mixing well. Add the eggs to the few, for it to be a mass more or less soft. Beat well the mass, to undo all the white polka dots caused by the tapioca scalded. Join the cheese to give the point of curl. Make small balls and bake in the hot oven. If you prefer not to bake, you can make the balls and freeze for up to 3 months, and go baking gradually. These breads are with the shell as well molinha. A delight.
