Biscuits with chocolate

  • Butter: 60 g
  • Sugar: 120 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cream: 5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Aroma: 10 drops
  • Flour: 160 g
  • Cocoa-bitter powder: 50 g
  • Chocolate chip: 120 g
  • Oil: taste.
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon


In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, joins the eggs, cream and vanilla aroma. Involves very well.

Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking. Add to these the mixture from the bowl and messes up until a homogeneous mass. Seal-if, then, the chocolate chip.

On an oven tray unta-if oil.

Make small balls of dough, pressing it slightly to form cookies and bake it in the oven, preheated to 190ºC, for 10 to 12 minutes (or even if they are cooked).

Repeat the operation if dessert balls of dough.
