Biscuits of lavender and lemon

  • Softened butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 4
  • Grated rind of lemon: 1
  • Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Flour: 200 g
  • Lavender: 1 teaspoon


Beat the butter with the sugar until it forms a thick cream.

Add the grated rind of lemon juice and egg yolk.

Knead all, along with the flour and lavender. Make a ball of dough, wrap in cling film and lead the refrigerator for half an hour.

Extend the dough, cut with a pair of biscuits and put in the oven to 180.
