Apple dumplings

  • Whole wheat flour: 1 Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Yeast granulated: 20 g
  • Apple: 1
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Honey: 4 Tbsp
  • Soybean oil: 1 Tablespoon


Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add the flour, stirring well. Joins apple (finely chopped), salt, honey and oil, stirring well. Lies in ways greased and let it grow about 30 minutes. It takes to bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
