Ingredients

  • Tostinhas (to taste): 1 packaging
  • Smoked salmon: 100 g
  • Cottage cheese of sheep: 1
  • Sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes: 2
  • Malagueta dry: 1
  • Dill, fresh or dried: taste.

Directions

Bar each tostinha with the cheese of sheep, slightly beaten.

Put a little piece of salmon and folded book in the cold.

Sauce

Hit the olive oil, tomatoes and peppers with magic wand until it forms a thick sauce.

Serve the tostinhas arranged harmoniously, sprinkled with a little bit of tomato sauce chili and decorated with dill, fresh or dried.
