  • Pumpkin: 100 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Coriander: 1/4 Sauce
  • Eggs: 4
  • Flour: 350 g
  • Water:
  • Salt: The taste
  • Oil for frying:


Wash the pumpkin, remove the peel and cut in small cubes. Book.

Finely chop the onion and coriander a kitchen robot, for your dates and book.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, flour and 300ml of water to incorporate all the ingredients and the mass present in a polme fine and without lumps.

Season with salt, add the pumpkin, onion and chopped coriander and get involved.

With the help of a spoon to serve throw doses of the mass in the oil hot, and fry until they are golden.

Let it sit on top of absorbent paper and serve hot or cold.
