Stuffed tomatoes

  • Large tomatoes, not very mature: 2
  • Roast chicken, clean skins and bones: 1 Cup
  • Ham: 2 Slices
  • Fresh basil: 2 Sheets
  • Cheese mozarella in wires: 50 g
  • Olive oil: The taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste: The taste


Wash the tomatoes and open you a lid on top. With the help of a sharp knife remove them to the flesh, being careful not to pierce the tomatoes.

Shred the chicken, cut the ham very kid and chop the basil leaves.

Join the tomato pulp, add the cheese mozarella (reserving a few strands of cheese to spruce) and mix well, seasoning to taste with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the prepared and garnish with the wires cheese mozarella reserved.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180 C for about 30 minutes, until the top of the tomatoes to be golden.

Serve hot.
