Spirals of cheese and chilli

  • Flour: 115 g
  • Butter, solid and cut in cubes: 85 g
  • Cheddar cheese, grated: 85 g
  • Chilli powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Sauce: 1 Teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika to sprinkle (optional):


Mix the flour and butter in the mixer even look like bread crumbs. Add the cheese, chili and soy sauce and mix until you have a soft dough.

Make a ball of dough, wrap it in adhesive film and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes, up to be a little more firm. Preheat the oven to 170 c (paragraph 3 if the gas).

Roll out dough on a surface lightly floured until about 3 mm thick and cut it into strips with approximately 1.5 cm wide by 8 cm in length. Twist in the spiral and place on a baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Pass them to a grid to cool down. If you like, sprinkle with paprika before serving
