  • Leeks: 2
  • Courgettes: 2
  • Carrots: 2
  • Fresh ginger: taste.
  • Pepper Red and Yellow: 1
  • Olive oil or oil: taste.
  • Soy sauce: to taste.


Cut the vegetables into small pieces, or thin rings. In a wok or skillet, cover the bottom with olive oil or oil. Stop to warm up a bit and begin to stir-fry the vegetables, one at a time, during 3/4 minutes, and go adding a little bit of soy sauce.

Grate the ginger and squeeze the juice over the top at the end.
