Salad Rice (Follow-up)

  • Mint leaf minced 1 tablespoon (tea)
  • Vinegar: 3 tablespoons)
  • Peas, canned, drained: 1 cup
  • Boiled rice: 2 cup
  • Shredded onions: quarter cup
  • Chopped parsley: quarter cup
  • Oil: ½ cup
  • Sausages cut into slices: 250 grams
  • Tomatoes, seeded, minced: 2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Mix all the ingredients. Lead to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
